Seunguk Kim selected for the 2026 NRF doctoral research grant

Seunguk Kim has been selected for the 2026 Research Grant for Ph.D. Candidates, supported by the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF; 박사과정생연구장려금지원사업).

His project, “Decomposing Causes of Lagged Forest Responses to Climate Change and Developing Spatiotemporal Adaptation Strategies” (기후변화에 대한 산림 반응 지연의 원인과 시공간적 적응 전략 도출), will be conducted from September 2026 to August 2027.

The project focuses on understanding delayed forest responses to climate change and developing adaptation strategies for forest landscapes.
