Workshop to Gangneung

Several partner labs gathered in Gangneung-si for a joint workshop on post-fire forest restoration.

We hope Gangwon-do will face no further wildfire damage, but climate change poses a threat.

After the sessions, we headed to the nearby beach, enjoyed the sea breeze and local food, and watched Jooyoung nearly swallow a piece of seaweed, much to everyone’s amusement.
